Transforming Mental Health Awareness into Action
Restore You is a mental health strategy and education company dedicated to helping individuals, families, and organizations turn emotional awareness into meaningful, sustainable change. We create restorative tools, trainings, and resources that support emotional wellness across every stage of life.
WHO WE ARE
OUR MISSION
We believe emotional wellness is a lifelong journey one that begins the moment you step through the door toward growth, clarity, and restoration. Through education, consultation, professional support, and creative tools, we help communities build the confidence and resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges.
OUR SERVICES
Mental Health Strategy
Restore You offers restorative, trauma‑informed professional development for clinicians, educators, and community organizations. Our trainings blend mental‑health education with Creative Emotional Learning — a story‑based, engaging approach that helps participants build emotional awareness, confidence, and practical skills they can use immediately. We design workshops, CEUs, teacher trainings, and experiential learning sessions that support both personal growth and professional excellence.
Professional Training
Our consulting services help organizations turn mental‑health awareness into meaningful action. Through Mental Health Strategy, we support schools, agencies, and community programs in building trauma‑informed systems, restorative practices, and emotional‑wellness initiatives that align with their mission and culture. We partner with teams to strengthen program design, improve emotional‑health outcomes, and create environments where people feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Resources & Products
Restore You develops creative, accessible emotional‑health tools for children, families, and professionals. Through Resource Development, we create SEL worksheets, children’s books, classroom materials, animations, and digital products that make emotional learning simple, engaging, and developmentally aligned. Our resources support everyday emotional wellness and are available through Kids Have Feelings Too and our online shop.
Counseling
Therapy is offered through Safe Harbor Behavioral Care, where Channing serves as a licensed clinician. Counseling remains an important part of our work and is integrated within a broader ecosystem of strategy, education, and resource development.
